I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service I received during my recent stay at Harris Batam Centre Hotel From 27Jul till 29Jul2025. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and every request I made was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Special thanks to all your staff especially to your GRO Ms Trestha for going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. It’s clear that all your teams efforts (Fauzi, Lily, Rios, JoJo, Michael) is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality. To all Harris batam center teams, Thanks for your hard work bringing joy to the guests and enjoying your team spirit. Enjoy your dancing for the guest and the great smile from the front line. Good job for the housekeeper too. We will be back here again. Just for a small feedback I hope your management can look into it. The swimming pool and the ladder is too steep hope can change to wider for the elderly or young children to step on it. Hope can do a step in front of the ladder, elderly or disabled guests to step down from the platform of the swimming pool. The toilet most of the shower head needs to upgrade. We will inform our friends and family come over here to enjoy it. We will back here again .

It’s my second time staying in this hotel. Location is good as it’s just next to Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Room is big enough and clean. The bed, pillow and bolster are very comfortable. Breakfast variety is wide. There is BBQ by the pool on Saturday night, the price is reasonable.

Convenient Location & Comfortable Stay The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Batam Cruise Center, which made arrival and departure very smooth. Check-in starts at 2 PM, and we were able to request a late checkout at 1 PM. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety and was quite enjoyable. One thoughtful touch was the availability of Singapore-style 3-pin power sockets in the room—no need for a travel adaptor. The only downside was that the room wasn’t very soundproof; we could hear noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms at times. Still, overall a pleasant and convenient stay.

Check in fast, we got connected room.Room is spacious and clean. However, the room cigarettes smells very strong, Staff really care of the remarks upon booking as they made a nice decoration for me. Breakfast was good and sumptuous. A lots of variety for food and drinks, tea was the best. We booked massage and facial in the hotel at level 9. Check out easy and fast too
